  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Make holes in the potatoes with a knife and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Let it cool. While still warm, peel the potatoes and pass them in the masher.
  3. Join the potatoes with the flour, the eggs, the butter, the parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt. Mix well to form a dough.

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 500g of ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tomatoes chopped

  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Cook the sweet potato without the peel in water and squeeze out still hot.

3. GNOCCHI FLOUR

– Ingredients –

  • 2 cups of milk
  • tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 cups of flour

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Heat the milk, the mayonnaise, the salt, and parsley.
  2. When lifting the boil, remove from the heat and pour the flour at once, mixing quickly so as not to get lumps.

5. GNOCCHI OF PUMPKIN TO THE BUTTER SAUCE AND BASIL
